Terms of service
The following text is an agreement between the website mi6studio.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) and an individual who has visited at least one page of the site or used any of the services provided within the site, including without prior registration and authorization on the site (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement is a public contract-offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and includes all essential terms for organizing purchase and sale remotely, i.e., through the online store.
1.2. In accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the public contract, i.e., the public offer of the online store, is the fact of placing an order by clicking the "Place Order" link in the shopping cart and paying the order 100% under this agreement.
1.3. The public offer is also accepted when the Buyer registers on the online store website.
1.4. By concluding the Agreement, the Buyer confirms that they are fully acquainted with and agree with its terms, and if the Buyer is an individual, they consent to the processing of their personal data to fulfill the terms of this Agreement, to enable mutual settlements, and to receive invoices, acts, and other documents. Consent to process personal data is valid for the entire duration of the Agreement. Furthermore, by concluding this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that they have been informed (without additional notice) about the rights established by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," the purpose of data collection, and that the scope of their rights as a subject of personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" is known and understood to them.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. Online Store - the Seller's website ("mi6studio.com"), created for entering into retail purchase agreements based on the Buyer's acquaintance with the Seller's product description through photos on the Internet, which excludes the possibility for the Buyer to directly inspect the Product - a remote means of selling goods.
2.2. Product - a list of items in the assortment presented in the online store.
2.3. Product Card - a set of information about the product that includes the product name, images on the website, description, price, characteristics, color, size, configuration, availability in the store, and more.
2.4. Order - a properly filled and placed request on the Site by the Buyer, addressed to the Seller, to purchase and deliver the selected Product on the Site to the address specified by the Buyer.
2.5. Order Cost - the amount to be paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the order after applying discounts or bonuses.
2.6. "Place Order" - the Buyer's decision to purchase the product, made in the online store.
2.7. "Personal Data" - any information consciously provided by the Buyer during registration and/or placing an Order on the Site, necessary for the Online Store to fulfill the order.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Online Store agrees to transfer ownership of the product to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay and accept the product under the terms of this Agreement.
3.2. This Agreement regulates the purchase and sale in the online store, including:
a) voluntary selection of products by the Buyer by "Categories";
b) independent ordering by the Buyer in the online store;
c) payment by the Buyer for the order placed in the online store;
d) fulfillment and transfer of the order to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.
4. Order Placement Procedure
4.1. The Buyer independently places an order online in the online store or by phone using the contacts listed in the online store.
5. Price and Payment Procedure for the Product
5.1. The full price of the product is indicated on the Seller's online store pages.
5.2. The Buyer pays for the order in any way chosen in the online store.
5.3. The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer independently upon receipt of the order.
5.4. Prices for Products and services may vary depending on market conditions, which is reflected in the prices in the online store. The Seller cannot change the price for a specific Buyer if they have already accepted the Seller's terms and made the payment for the Product (services) as stipulated by this Agreement.
6. Order Delivery
6.1. Delivery of the ordered Product is carried out within 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days from the moment the Order is confirmed by the manager, but in any case, no later than thirty days from the moment the Order is confirmed.
6.2. Delivery methods are detailed in the "Questions and Answers" section of the site.
6.3. Upon receiving the Product, the Buyer checks it for compliance with the Order, quality, quantity, integrity, and completeness. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Product in full, stating the reason in the relevant documents.
6.4. The delivery cost is not specified in the Online Store, as it depends on the current rates of the transportation company (carrier).
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for the delivery time, as it depends on the actions of third parties (carriers).
6.6. The Buyer has the right to receive the Order at the Courier Company office within 5 (five) working days, including the day of arrival at the branch. If the Order is not claimed by the Buyer within the specified period, it is considered unclaimed (canceled by the Buyer's initiative) and returned to the Seller.
