Refund policy

The term for returning or exchanging an item is within 14 calendar days from the date of sale/receipt, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

Exchange and return of goods of appropriate quality are possible only if the following conditions are met:

  • The original receipt is provided.
  • All tags and labels must be attached to the items (not torn or cut off).
  • The item has no perfume scent.
  • The item has not been used.

If these conditions are not met, the items are not eligible for return/exchange and will be sent back at the Buyer’s expense.

WARRANTY

The warranty period for the item is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

In cases of technological/manufacturing defects that are not the buyer's fault, free servicing is provided to resolve the issues. The term for fixing defects is 5–10 business days.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Ensure the item is eligible for return based on the above conditions.
  • Place the filled-out return/exchange form in the original packaging. 
  • In case of returning promotional items with gifts, include the full set that was received.
  • Enclose the receipt.

REFUND POLICY

After receiving the item and confirming compliance with return conditions, we will issue a refund.

If payment on the website was made via WayForPay, the funds will be automatically returned to the card used for payment. Otherwise, the refund will be made to the account specified in the return application.

For refunds to a bank card, the time it takes for the funds to appear on the buyer's account may depend on the policy of the issuing bank. The estimated refund period is 7–14 banking days.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. Additionally, if you paid customs fees/taxes upon receipt, these charges are non-refundable.
